We are located at 4651 White Bear Parkway in the Birch Lake Office Condos. There are two office condo buildings – we are the second building, which is across from the AmericInn. Heading North on White Bear Parkway from the Highway 96 intersection, you will take the second left, where you will see a sign for the AmericInn and Tutor Time. Take a left at that entrance and head past Tutor Time. We are just before the AmericInn on the left in the lower parking lot.

About Dr. Quaas

Dr. Quaas has been in practice since 1992 and has practiced in White Bear Lake, Mn. since 1995. He is married to his wife Beth, a White Bear Lake school teacher and together they have two children, Hannah and Garrett.

Dr. Quaas’ treatment philosophy is simple: Get people out of pain as fast as possible. There are no gimmicks, nor any fancy machines that will “demonstrate” the need for a lengthy course of treatment. He employs very specific soft tissue treatment, combined with chiropractic adjustments to provide fast, effective relief. Most of the time he can give his patients a good estimate as to how long the condition will take to respond to his care. This is based on many years of experience, coupled with many years of results.

Dr. Quaas realizes the importance of a complete medical team and works closely with area neurologists, orthopedic surgeons and family doctors, to name just a few. He makes prompt referrals whenever the situation dictates.

Dr. Kevin Quaas is great to work with. I have never been to a chiropractor before, but Dr. Quaas deals with the whole person. He is someone truly interested with just helping people. My wife was in a lot of pain from years of over working and lifting too much and I had a limp that I had developed from an ankle fracture about 15 years ago. For me after the first visit I felt different (the limp was gone) and functionality in my legs was restored. After 3 more visits, I was good to go. My wife needed a few more visits. But after each visit, Dr. Quaas was able to increase range of motion to her arm and shoulder, until it was completely restored. He has shared with us some of his knowledge on nutrition, too. We are thankful for the help he has been to us.

Dr. Quaas truly cares about the "whole" of me.

I had never been to a chiropractor before so when I called Dr. Quaas' office, I was a little nervous. When Dr. Quaas answered the phone I felt completely at ease. He was so nice and listened to my problem with my lower back. I got an appt within 15 minutes as I needed help asap. Dr. Quaas told me right away that my pelvis was tilted and that was causing me so much pain. Dr. Quaas has made me feel so much better after 8 treatments.
