I truly believe Dr. Kevin Quaas changed my life. I was suffering from fairly constant pain and taking lots of ibuprofen. I was unable to walk up and down stairs without the intense support of a railing. I had pain when walking, sitting, standing, or trying to sleep. My orthopedic surgeon had informed me that I would eventually need knee replacement surgery. I went through numerous physical therapy sessions when the pain also began to affect my ankle and hip. Therapy helped but never completely stopped the pain. I decided to consult with Dr. Quaas and he had me walking normally after approximately six treatments. The constant pain stopped. I was able to walk up and down stairs without needing to depend on the railing. The knee and ankle pain stopped too. I now go for once-a-week treatments and combined with my strengthening exercises I feel like a new person. I have no fear of needing knee or hip replacement surgery for quite some time….maybe never. Dr. Quaas is a natural teacher and taught me so much about what was causing my pain.

After both of my parents died within a year of each other, the stress my body was feeling overwhelmed me. I hurt all over; especially in my upper and lower back. I had headaches daily, and needed to see a neurologist for prescription medication to get the headaches under control. Even that didn't help entirely. I decided to seek help from a chiropractor. I had seen chiropractors in the past, and had to repeatedly visit them over months and months, without ever getting full relief. I have been seeing Dr. Quaas for years.

I have been seeing Dr Quaas for years as I like the care I receive from him. Even when I lived in St Paul, I would drive back to White Bear for my treatments. I have been in several car accidents and had one that was really bad. Any other doctor would be like come in when I am in the office. Dr Quaas felt that I needed to come in 7 days a week and did. In another car accident the doctors wanted to put me on medication that would have caused me to sleep everyday and not be able to function. I went to Dr Quaas instead to get the relief that I know he can help me with. I still go, but not as often. I go when I am in pain and usually on adjustment does the trick now. I would recommend seeing Dr Quaas before making your decision, especially if the doctor wants you to have back surgery.

I had been having knee pain for quite some time. It had gotten so bad that I was having a lot of pain going up and down stairs. My sister had recommended Dr. Quaas, so I thought I’d give him a try. It didn’t take long and my knee was doing much better. I was going up and down the stairs with no pain whatsoever. He did so well fixing my knee that I thought I should mention my hand and arm problem. I had been experiencing hand and arm numbness for a very long time. Dr. Kevin Quaas is great to work with. I have never been to a chiropractor before, but Dr. Quaas deals with the whole person. He is someone truly interested with just helping people. My wife was in a lot of pain from years of over working and lifting too much and I had a limp that I had developed from an ankle fracture about 15 years ago. For me after the first visit I felt different (the limp was gone) and functionality in my legs was restored. After 3 more visits, I was good to go. My wife needed a few more visits. But after each visit, Dr. Quaas was able to increase range of motion to her arm and shoulder, until it was completely restored. He has shared with us some of his knowledge on nutrition, too. We are thankful for the help he has been to us.

I had never been to a chiropractor before so when I called Dr. Quaas' office, I was a little nervous. When Dr. Quaas answered the phone I felt completely at ease.
